policies related to service

  • Adjustments to services

    If you are unhappy with your service, we are happy to assist you. Please let your stylist know if you are unhappy, while you are in the salon. We will adjust color/ cut services up to 7 days after service. However, we are no longer responsible for service adjustments past 7 days of your initial service. Please understand that it may take a few sessions to obtain your hair goals.

  • APPOINTMENTS

    New clients must fill out the complimentary consultation form prior to booking and sign the client contract prior to their appointment in order to be serviced.

  • extensions

    Once your extensions are payed for, we cannot return the payment to your original form of payment. We are not responsible for any damage done to the extensions or your personal hair if you do not take proper care of them.   • Extension Deposit

    Your extension deposit is non refundable. Immediately following your deposit, we order your new extensions and cannot return the money to your card.

  • Product Returns

    If you try one of our products and don’t like it, you can return within 30 days of purchase!

Cancellation policy

Less than 24 hours notice of cancellation is subject to be charged 50% of service. A No show or an individual 20 minutes late to appointment is subject to be charged 100% of service.

short notice cancellations/ no shows inhibit other clients from booking. we enforce this is to protect the stylists and ensure they are paid for their time. We are strict on this policy. If the fee is not paid, you will not be able to book further appointments with us.
